Recommended Dosage
Use:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with at least 8 fl. oz of pure water,
60 minutes away from large meals.. Water
must be available throughout our GI tract. Without proper amounts of water many
biochemical reactions will not be performed. For best results take one capsule
at bedtime, one capsule when you wake, and one capsule in the middle of
the day.
Dosage recommendations according to Dr. Sumi - 2,000 fibrin units (nattokinase)
per day for preventative measures, 4,000 units per day for treatment of hypertension,
deep vein thrombosis (DVT), circulatory issues and similar conditions, and 6,000
units per day for reversal of ischemic strokes. "You need to dose it a minimum
of twice a day," Holsworth advised, "and the most important dose is at
bedtime because we tend to be thrombophillic (tendency to create more clots)
during the early morning hours since we're inactive."
